As the therapist moves the cups, the underlying tissue is decompressed.  This technique has many benefits such as: Stimulate parasympathetic (relaxation) response, oxygenate and detoxify theblood, increase range of motion, break up adhesions, promote healing of scar tissue and promote circulation.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle form of body work where built up tension in the body get released. It focuses on the craniosacral area, where the liquids and membranes that support the functionality of the brain and spinal cord are located.
Cranial Sacral Therapy gently re-alignes the body to alleviate stress and pain.

Reflexology is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on the hands and feet which correspond to other parts, glands and organs of the body.
When the reflexes are stimulated, the body's natural electrical energy works along the nervous system to clear any blockages in the corresponding zones.

The benefits of Reflexology are: Relaxation with the removal of stress, enhanced circulation, assists the body to normalize metabolism naturally and can complement other healing modalities.

Acupuncture, a practice originating from Traditional Chinese Medicine, takes a holistic approach to understanding normal function and disease processes and focuses as much on the prevention of illness as on the treatment.
